TRAINING
AND HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT (HRD) DIVISION
CERPA has set up a Human Resource Development/Training Division for imparting training to personnel dealing with matters of public importance.
CERPA's HRD Division have so far conducted more than 100 training programmes both, residential and non-residential, and about 400 premier public and private sector organisations have availed of training programmes offered by CERPA.
Training programmes are addressed to management issues and technology. CERPA's regular training programmes include:

Some of the training programmes are taken up in collaboration with Department of Public Enterprises and other sponsoring agencies such as Consultancy Development Centre (CDC), CERPA also undertakes need based (in-house) or special training programmes for large public and private corporate houses.
